Reports of many mysterious phenomena have reached your team from a nearby coastal city. Several beachgoers have shared concerns over spontaneously occurring whirlpools near their children, and the local fishermen have complained of…stolen shoes. The waters are noticeably darker and taste of bitter fruit. In order to uncover the source of these bizarre occurrences, your team must run a series of investigations, from measuring nutrient composition in the city’s landmark cave to setting up netted boxes for large sediment samples. This is it – your boat is the most maintained it’s ever been; your team has a wealth of skills and knowledge built up from the successes and failures of numerous adventures; and your help is needed by thousands of innocent people.
